Loving Father I thank you taking care of me during these past hours and forthe gift of refreshing sleep.

Help me during the coming watch to love and serve you in work well done.

Show me what is right and what I ought to do, and give me the will and strength to do it.

I commit to your fatherly care all my family, relations and friends.

Keep us in safety, though we are far apart.
