O God, who gave marriage for a blessing to mankind, bless my wife and me, and unite us in the bond of true Christian love. Help us both to resist all temptations to sin that would spoil our trust. Enable us to be loyal to each other during all our separations. Strengthen us to keep the vows we made when we were made man and wife, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
